Upon arrival at Jammu you will be received by our local representative/driver and transferred to Katra situated in the foothills of the Trikuta Mountains, where the holy shrine of Vaishno Devi is located. It is located 42 km from the city of Jammu, on arrival check-in at Hotel Dolphin or similar ( 3 Star).
After breakfast, start your Holy Journey to Mata Vaisnodevi Darshan. Vaishno Devi Temple is one of the holiest Hindu temples dedicated to Shakti and is the second most visited religious shrine in India after Tirupati Balaji Temple. Trek to Mata Vaishno Devi shrine (14 km), ponies can also be arranged by self (at your own cost) for the trek, return back to Katra late in evening/night. Overnight stay at Hotel.
After breakfast you will be transferred by road to Pahalgam the Valley of Shepherds - Situated at the confluence of the streams flowing from Sheshnag Lake and the Lidder River, situated at 2,130 m. Arrive and proceed to your Hotel, rest of the day at leisure to explore the city on your own. Overnight stay at Hotel Bisaran /Hotel Paradise or similar ( 3 Star).
After breakfast leave for full day excursion at Phalgam, Explore the market of Pahalgam at your own leisure. Enjoy an excursion to Chandanwari (3288mts) and Betaab Valley.Go for an excursion to Aru Valley (pony hire charges optional & extra at all the places). Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Pahalgam.
After breakfast check out hotel and drive back to srinagar, and transfer you to the deluxe houseboat.
After freshup Srinagar Local Sightseeing Visit to Cheshma Shahi, Nishat, Shalimar collectively known as the Mughal Gardens are contribution of the great Mughal laid out in the 16th century & these fall along the bank of Dal-lake in the heart of Srinagar city & Shankaracharya Temple located on a hillock, thus providing panoramic view entire City, along with famous Dal-lake & river Jehlum, enroute visiting handloom centre famous for production of pashmina / Shahtoos shawls & world over reckoned carpets, evening return back to Hotel for overnight stay in Srinagar Houseboats.
After breakfast later leave for Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) 2730 mts. above the sea level. The distance of 60 kms will be covered in about 2 hours. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and highest golf course with 18 holes. If weather permits one can also have the view of Nanga Parbat, the naked mountain that is over 26,000 feets and dominates the entire region, also enjoy cable car (Gondola) for mountain ride up to khilangmarg. Evening back to Srinagar Hosueboat. And shikara ride on Dal Lake, where you visit the floating vegetable gardens. While riding the Shikara's there are plenty of opportunities for bird watching with plentiful species including Kingfisher, Little Bittern, Common Pariah Kites, Grebe etc. Dinner and Overnight stay at deluxe houseboats.
After early breakfast at the hotel, proceed on a day excursion to Sonmarg, the 'Meadow of Gold'. Enjoy a pony ride on the glacier (ponies can be hired directly). Dinner and overnight stay at hotel .
After breakfast check-out from the Hotel and transfer to Srinagar airport..
